Club/Society Activities
Complete an activity proposal form for any events or activities outside of your 'normal session', fundraise for your club/society/charity, spend money or a guest speaker. You must have a risk assessment in place however check with SU Activities as there may be a risk assessment for that activity.
As a committee, you have a duty of care to your members and therefore ensure the activity/event is carried out safely. Once approved, your activity/event will be covered by the insurance. If the activity is not approved by the SU then you and your committee could incur costs and the activity will not be insured.
