Pay: £12.82per hour (inc holiday pay)
Shift patterns: 8am to midday, midday to 3pm, 10am to 3pm
Days: Friday 20th Sept to Friday 27th Sept.
Locations: Bishop Otter Campus & Bognor Regis Campus
Reports to: Head of Student Experience and Marketing
Here to help Ambassadors will need to be available for 1 hour of training (paid) during the week commencing 16th Sept.

About:
Here to help ambassadors are responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere on campus over arrivals period.
The core role of the ambassadors will be to manage a Here to Help stand, situated centrally on campus. You will be signposting students, answering questions about university life and helping to create a positive atmosphere on campus throughout the arrivals period and welcome week.

Responsibilities:
- Be an approachable and welcoming face to new students.
- Work well within a team.
- Help new students settle into university life and be able to signpost to university services.
- Be aware of the Welcome Week Schedule and encourage participation.
- Assist with set up/pack down of the Freshers Fair(s).
- Report any concerns/feedback to the SU as soon as possible, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Be a responsible role model for the SU and be able to maintain positive communication.
